Repository Stress Test Crisis Scorecard

The Repository Stress Test Crisis Scorecard preprint is now available here. This scorecard provides institutions with a framework to assess the resilience of their software repositories under crisis conditions.

The ESIP Sustainable Data Management cluster created this scorecard to help maintainers identify critical weaknesses and improve reliability.
